Suzanne has over 15 years experience as a coach, coach mentor and facilitator and over 5 years experience as a coach supervisor working with organisations in both the public and private sectors, to support the personal growth and development of their people.
She has a background in hospitality and was previously Head of Learning and Development for a FTSE 100 hospitality company. It was during this time that she was tasked with changing the culture of the
organisation towards a ‘Coaching Culture’ and soon became immersed in all things ‘coaching’! Her own development as a coach began shortly after and she hasn’t looked back since, going on to develop as a coach mentor and coach supervisor and still feeling like she has so much more to discover.
Much of her work over the last 10 years has been focused on developing other coaches and she has designed, led and delivered many programmes to build in-house coaching capability. She regularly
mentors’ coaches who are working towards ICF accreditation and supports the growth of internal coaches through individual and group coach supervision. She is known for her pragmatic approach, passion for bringing theory to life and her ability to build strong, trusted relationships through creating safe learning environments.
As a qualified coach, she uses Transactional Analysis, NLP, Gestalt and Personality Measures to assist her clients in understanding themselves and others better.
Suzanne holds an ICF MCC accreditation, a Masters in Coaching & Development, a Diploma in Coaching Supervision and is a trained team coach.
