The ICCS had its EMCC ESQA accreditation renewed for a further 5 years this week.

What a nice way to end the difficult year of 2020!

For those thinking, “what are all those letters?”, the EMCC is the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the ESQA is their prestigious supervision accreditation, the European Supervision Quality Award.

This is one of the leading accreditations throughout the profession and so we were thrilled to receive it again.

What’s doubly exciting is that we are one of only two schools in the world to receive this for a course that has been designed exclusively for virtual learning.  Every aspect of our coaching supervision training course is built for virtual learning – from the shorter sessions, to the more concentrated rhythm of the training, to the ways the learning is supported.
