When was the ICCS founded?

The International Centre for Coaching Supervision was launched as a virtual school in 2020. However, the accredited courses had been delivered through in-person training since 2016 as part of Animas Centre for Coaching.

Nick Bolton, the founder & CEO of Animas, and now the International Centre for Coaching Supervision, believed it was time to create a dedicated school for coaching supervision.

We were set up to enable coaches from across the world to train as coaching supervisors and to create a melting pot of coaching skills, cultures and practices. Where most coaching supervision schools tend to be local, we wanted to reach the many coaches who can’t travel to the few current localised providers.

And so, in 2020, the ICCS was founded as a fully virtual training and development centre.
