By now, most of us are familiar with Zoom and we use this as our key platform to deliver the training.
The training has a maximum of 15 participants and so we always ensure an intimate, interactive environment.
What many people don’t know about Zoom (and similar platforms) is the ability to replicate most of the aspects of in-person training.
As part of how we training vitually, we use:
- Presentations with slides
- Whole-group discussions
- Breakout groups where participants work in pairs, triads or larger discussion groups
- Fishbowl supervision in which only the supervisor and supervisee keep their videos on whilst everyone else turns their cameras off
The experience is truly one of participative training.
